The Municipal Water District of Orange County awarded Spotlight Video a 3-video whiteboard contract. The project involved helping the agency to develop a whiteboard video script, crafting illustrations that told the story visually, pairing the visuals with a voiceover and music and then customizing the video for each of the 20 partner agencies. The video will be used on city websites, in community presentations and on social media platforms.
